We have curated collections and sell out of style/sizes quickly. For that reason we offer store credit for returns since we can't guarantee an exchange of the exact style you purchased. You are welcome to use your store credit to purchase the same style in a different size if it is still in stock.
For store credit eligibility your item must be unworn and in the same condition you received it in and returned to us within 12 days. Please make sure tags are still attached.
To return your product, please email us for a Return Authorization at email@example.com. Items sent back without a Return Authorization can't be processed for a store credit.
What items aren't eligible for store credit? Sale items, items purchased with discount codes, jewelry and lingerie.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
